Our client is looking for candidates will help desk support experience. Responsibilities will include staging and builds of new workstations and laptops, deployment of equipment to desks, and support of customer base utilizing Windows XP machines. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with supporting Microsoft Office/Outlook, Internet Explorer, blackberry devices, and equipment hardware. This position will primarily be day-time hours, however there could potentially be some limited off hours support on the weekends or 2nd shift.
