Our client is looking for a candidate with a minimum 3 year experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop equipment. Responsibilities will include installation, repair, maintenance, and setup of desktop equipment. Desktop equipment includes: cabling systems, personal computers, voice, locally attached and networked HP Laser Printers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows XP, Remedy (or another incident tracking system), Lotus Notes and Landesk. This person should also be comfortable working in a formal business environment. A Microsoft MCP is required; additional certifications such as HP Certified Technician or A+ are helpful.
