SMARTSOURCE currently has several openings for storage Technicians / administrators with good Netbackup skills for a customer in the Chicago Loop.

Responsibilities:
The job is to manage the trouble ticket queue for Net Backup and bring the calls to resolution.
Not coding, but proactively looking at the queues and identifying problems.
